Presenting at this event is Beverly Arviso. Beverly is the President of Arviso, Inc. a consulting firm specializing in the unique compliance and accounting needs specific to government contractors. Beverly started her career in the Navy Contracting Intern Program, which provided her with the government contract foundation she continues to rely on today. Beverly has worked in private industry as Director of Contracts and Chief Financial Officer as well as in public accounting where she provided consulting services to government contractors in a variety of industries. Beverly specializes in accounting system implementations, strategic assessments, and business process reviews, DCAA audits & compliance matters, cradle-to-grave contracting, proposal pricing strategy & development, cost & price analysis, indirect rate strategy and development, incurred cost proposals, and government contract and subcontract compliance matters. Beverly serves as an Executive Advisor of the NCMA Norfolk, VA Chapter, and is a frequent lecturer on topics of interest to government contractors. Beverly is a CPA licensed in the state of Virginia as well as a Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM), Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM), and NCMA Fellow.
