How does the registration process work?

To register for JAMIS Summit 2014 please click the above “Register” link and follow the instructions on the page.  Once you get to the RegOnline website, complete the online registration form.  If you have questions, please call us at (877) 878-7403 or email us at support@jamis.com.

What are the payment methods available for the Summit?

Registration fees can be paid either by check or by credit card.  Please visit the registration page for further details.

If I cannot attend, can my registration be transferred to someone else within my company?

Registrations are transferable within individual organizations. You can return to your registration via the link in your confirmation email and reassign the registration.  If you have questions email summit@jamis.com or call Kimberly Cocroft at 1+ (858) 300-5543.

Are group discounts available?

Yes.  Companies who send 3 or 4 attendees, will receive $50 off each full registration price and those sending 5 or more attendees, will receive $100 off each full registration price.  Call Kimberly Cocroft for the appropriate discount codes.

What is your cancellation policy?

Please either email summit@jamis.com or phone Kimberly Cocroft at 1+858-300-5543 to cancel your registration.  Full registration fees will be refunded for cancellation received by 9/19/14, prior to the Summit.  Partial refunds by 10/16/14, prior to the Summit.

I’m bringing a guest. Can they attend the evening activities with me?

Guests are welcome to attend the evening activities for $125 per evening.  Select the dinner guest option during the registration process.

Are the evening activities mandatory?

No they are not, however you registration does cover these events as well and attendees find them an excellent opportunity to network.

I have special dietary requirements, how can I make sure they are met?

Simply leave a brief description of your needs in the “special needs or dietary requirements” box on the registration page and we will see to it they are taken care of.

What is the attire for the Summit?

The attire for the JAMIS Summit is business casual.  Evening events are casual.

How do I make my hotel reservations?

Simply click on the “Town & Country Resort and Convention Center” link after completing your registration, make your reservation online here or call the Town and Country Resort & Convention Center at 1-800-772-8527 and mention JAMIS Software to receive the conference rate.

How long does it take to get to and from the airport, and how much does it cost? 

The hotel is located about 15 minutes from the airport.  Taxi service is available at the ground transportation islands at the airport and fares are approximately $20.  Cloud Nine Super Shuttle is also available by reservation for $11 per passenger by calling 1-800-258-3826 or visit www.cloud9shuttle.com.

Will I be able to check my email throughout the Summit?

Yes.  The hotel is equipped with complimentary wireless high speed internet.  During the conference there will be a Technology Center available with laptops and a printer for attendees to use during breaks.

I am a local attendee who will be driving to the conference.  What is the cost for parking?

Parking charges are $10 per day for self-parking at the hotel.

What are the typical weather conditions in San Diego in late October? 

Average highs are in the mid-70’s and lows in the low 60’s.  All evening activities are outdoors, please bring a jacket or sweater.

I will be extending my trip before/after the conference.  Are there local attractions near the hotel? 

San Diego offers a wide range of water sports, recreation activities and local attractions. The trolley is a great way to go sightseeing, shopping, or for visiting places such as the Gaslamp Quarter, Old Town, Downtown San Diego, the Convention Center and Seaport Village. For schedules and additional information on the trolley, bus and coaster schedules, visit the Town and Country website.  Discounted room rates are extended three days prior to and three days following the dates of the function on a space available basis.
