The Awards Gala is the premier commemorative event honoring small and emerging government contractors and the players in the ecosystem that support and rely upon small business.
Award winners were chosen by an independent judge’s committee for the following categories:
- SECAF Government Contractor of the Year: under $6 million revenue
- SECAF Government Contractor of the Year: $6 to $12 million revenues
- SECAF Government Contractor of the Year: $12 to $25 million revenues
- SECAF Award of Excellence: under $25 million revenues (SECAF Members ONLY)
- SECAF Small Business Partner of the Year
- SECAF Government Project of the Year (SECAF Members ONLY)
Founded in 2001, SECAF serves small and emerging government contractors by providing members with business resources, access to influential people in the industry and government agencies, and advocacy opportunities and education. SECAF also serves the medium to large government contractors, providing invaluable introductions to specialized small businesses that enable the overall contracting community to work successfully in tandem. With more than 350 members, the organization boasts one of the highest retention rates in the Washington, DC metropolitan region. SECAF’s flagship event honors small and emerging government contractors and the players in the industry that rely on small business annually.
