The JAMIS Training Team will offer two Year-End Close Q&A Sessions in January 2024. These two-hour Q&A sessions allow you to ask questions related to Year-End Closing. Please note that questions should be generic, as many companies will participate. Be on the lookout for an email from the JAMIS Training department with the specifics on training dates and times.

To get a jump on your year-end activities, you can review the following courses based on the version of Prime currently in use by your company here:
- Year-End Financial Period Processing v8.0
- Year-End Financial Period Processing v7.0
- Year-End Financial Period Processing v6.4
To navigate to the courses from within JET:
- Go to https://training.jamis.com.
- Enter your username and password. To request a username/password, click Register.
- Click Sign In.
- In the page’s top-left corner, click User Menu (three horizontal lines). There are two ways to get to these courses. You can either:
- Select Course Catalog, locate the Financials catalog, and click to enroll in the course based on your Prime version.
–or– - Select Channel List to access the General Ledger channel and locate and click to enroll in the course based on your Prime version.
- Select Course Catalog, locate the Financials catalog, and click to enroll in the course based on your Prime version.
