Position Summary:
The Enterprise Technology Integration Consultant will work closely with business analysts, functional consultants, and client teams to design, develop, and implement integrations between 3rd-party systems and JAMIS Prime, automate processes, and improve data integrity across systems. This role encompasses customization, integration, data migration, and troubleshooting within the JAMIS environment, as well as providing end-user training and support. As an Enterprise Technology Integration Consultant, you will work directly with the Vice President of Professional Services, playing a critical role in the growth and success of our consulting practice and company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Client’s business analysts and functional consultants to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions that enhance JAMIS workflows and automation.
- Develop and maintain customizations using JAMIS’ development tools and frameworks, including creating reports, data fields, and dashboards.
- Design and implement Import/Export scenarios using JAMIS’ Data Import/Export functionality to migrate data between systems, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and seamless system integration.
- Leverage JAMIS’ Business Event feature to automate workflows, notifications, and system processes based on business triggers (e.g., project creation, invoice approval, purchase requisitions).
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring timely and effective resolutions to support smooth business operations.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users on technical features, automation tools, and integration processes.
- Stay updated on new JAMIS features, updates, and releases to proactively offer innovative solutions and improvements.
- Exhibit strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently or collaboratively.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clear understanding and successful implementation of solutions.
- Support integration projects, including batch-based and web services endpoints.
Required Skills/Qualifications & Experience:
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science or information systems or equivalent work experience is also acceptable.
- Proficiency in SQL and system integrations (e.g., web services, flat file exchanges).
- Proven experience in supporting ERP solutions, preferably with JAMIS or Acumatica.
- Experience developing and maintaining client relationships and the ability to interact with all levels of the organization, including C-Suite.
- Exhibit strong teamwork, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Outstanding general consulting skills (soft skills, structured thinking, effective report writing and presentations, and stakeholder engagement).

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with network authentication systems.
- Acumatica certifications (e.g., Acumatica Certified Developer).
- Strong understanding of JAMIS Business Events, including event triggers, automated actions, and notifications.
- Proficiency in Import/Export scenarios using JAMIS’ Data Import/Export tools, including data mapping, import templates, and export formats.
- Solid understanding of JAMIS’ development environment, including customization tools and reporting features.
- Experience with other ERP platforms or cloud-based solutions is a plus.
