Customer Success Recognition Awards

THANK YOU for joining us for the 2024 Town Hall!  We received a lot of participation from the poll prompts, and many of you sent us phrases and words that represent how JAMIS Customer Success advocates for you daily.  During the Town Hall, we announced the JAMIS Customer Success recognition program, and many Town Hall participants nominated users within their organization as stand-out users in JAMIS Prime.  We sent a personalized recognition award to everyone nominated and copied the person who nominated them.  We base this approach on an internal recognition program JAMIS uses that allows anyone in the JAMIS organization to give other JAMIS employees impressions of a job well done.  We believe this builds camaraderie and motivation, and we are happy to pass this on to our customers.  We are so encouraged by the participation of our customers in this recognition award program, and keep the nominations coming!  You can send an e-mail anytime to customersuccess@jamis.com to nominate someone within your organization.
