JAMIS Recently Released New JAMIS Prime Mobile Apps for iOS and Android

This new mobile app version supports JAMIS Prime 7.0 and higher, and it includes:

For Android:

  • Support to enable/disable dark mode. On the bottom right of the main screen, tap the person icon, and then Appearance. You can select Dark Mode, Light Mode, or Follow System to automatically match your mobile device setting.
  • Support to enable/disable biometric fingerprint logon to the mobile app. On the bottom right of the main screen, tap the person icon. You can enable/disable fingerprint logon using the Sign in with fingerprint option. This option appears only if you enabled fingerprint logon on your mobile device.
  • Added an Edit main screen option to the main screen. This option should not be used at this time. This option relates to functionality that we’re developing for a future release.
  • The JAMIS Prime URL on the mobile app logon screen is now case-sensitive and must match the JAMIS Prime instance URL. Otherwise, some dashboards might not display correctly.
  • Below we show the new mobile app version number, as well as how to find the version.
  1. On the bottom right of the main screen, tap the person icon.
  2. Tap About.
  3. The version number appears below the JAMIS URL: 23.031.0 (38)

For iOS:

  • We updated the mobile app to reflect the new JAMIS Software Corporation branding and logo.
  • The JAMIS Prime URL on the mobile app logon screen is now case-sensitive and must match the JAMIS Prime instance URL. Otherwise, some dashboards might not appear correctly.
  • Below we show the new mobile app version number, as well as how to find the version in iOS:
  1.  From the main screen, tap Accounts at the bottom of the screen.
  2. Tap About Application.
  3. The version number appears below the JAMIS URL: 23.055.0 (2)
