General description:
As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving customer retention, contract renewals, and license expansion. You will cultivate and maintain strong executive relationships, ensuring our clients derive maximum value from our solutions. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to enhance overall team performance and achieve company goals.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Retention & Renewals: Develop and execute strategies to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention rates, proactively managing renewal processes and minimizing churn.
- License Expansion: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional licenses and services to existing clients, contributing to revenue growth.
- Executive Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and executives at client organizations, serving as their primary point of contact for strategic discussions and support.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, marketing, customer success, and product teams to align strategies, incorporate client feedback, and drive initiatives that enhance customer experience.
- Reporting & Analysis: Monitor account health and performance metrics and prepare regular reports to provide insights and updates to internal stakeholders.
- Problem Resolution: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, working alongside the customer success team to address any issues or concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field
- 4-8 years of experience in account management, preferably within a SaaS or ERP environment.
- Proven track record of driving customer retention, contract renewals, and license expansions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to client management.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and Hubspot Marketing tools a plus.
