Position Overview: As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving customer retention, contract renewals, and license expansion. You will cultivate and maintain strong executive relationships, ensuring our clients derive maximum value from our solutions. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to enhance overall team performance and achieve company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Renewals: Develop and execute strategies to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention rates, proactively managing renewal processes and minimizing churn.
- License Expansion: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional licenses and services to existing clients, contributing to revenue growth.
- Executive Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and executives at client organizations, serving as their primary point of contact for strategic discussions and support.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, customer success, and product teams to align strategies, share client feedback, and drive initiatives that enhance the customer experience.
- Reporting & Analysis: Monitor account health and performance metrics, preparing regular reports to share insights and progress with internal stakeholders.
- Problem Resolution: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, working alongside the customer success team to address any issues or concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 4-8 years of experience in account management, preferably within a SaaS or ERP environment.
- Proven track record of driving customer retention, contract renewals, and license expansions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to client management.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and Hubspot Marketing tools a plus.
