Cook and her team evaluated solutions from Deltek and PDS Business Systems & Services before deciding on JAMIS Prime. “JAMIS had the deepest govcon functionality and was the most intuitive product we looked at,” said Cook. “In addition, its ease of structuring and using dashboards to deliver information lined up with our vision of getting more people involved with the business.” It was also extremely important to Veris Group to select a system that was Web-based and able to support a mobile workforce.
Cook has some advice for companies searching for an ERP system. “Look carefully at how it’s going to fit with what you need now as well as what you intend to be as a company in the future,” she said. “A system that can change, adapt and grow with you is crucial.”
