You may have heard us say “We’re your advocate within the JAMIS organization!”, but what does it mean?

How the Customer Success team advocates for JAMIS customers looks different each day, but it is one of our favorite ways we show up for you! Aside from the opportunity to engage virtually and in person with customers, the CS team is always focused on how we can champion your organization and bring you to the next level in JAMIS Prime!

CS regularly advocates for the JAMIS user community!  It is fun to introduce like-minded JAMIS users to one another. This happens organically through conversation over e-mail or virtual meetings and during JAMIS in-person events. This month, JAMIS Customer Success will be onsite in Oklahoma City, OK, for an informal user group.  If your organization is interested in hosting a local user group, let us know!

CS helps customers take advantage of latest functionality and enhancements by encouraging you to stay up to date with the latest releases. We’re here to help you optimize your use of JAMIS Prime by leveraging internal subject matter experts and JAMIS teammates to get you there!

We are focused on sharing how JAMIS Prime can help you meet evolving business needs. We care about your JAMIS experience and our professional success is defined by your success in JAMIS Prime.
