With the holiday season upon us, the JAMIS Customer Success team would like to share our gratitude with YOU for your continued engagement and loyalty to JAMIS Prime. In 2023, you clearly embraced the role of the Customer Success team and intentionally leaned into the product. As a result, we were consistently engaged with customers throughout the year who are excited to optimize their return on investment within JAMIS Prime. We saw increased engagement from customers who realized the immediate benefit of staying engaged through their knowledge of the product roadmap, general product knowledge, and JAMIS Prime recommended practices.
We enjoyed working with customers in the upgrade process this year! You made leaps and bounds in the product because you remain committed to staying as current as possible to continue taking advantage of the latest functionality and enhancements. We found that customers were most looking forward to utilizing:
- AP Invoice recognition and machine learning
- Credit card uploads to JAMIS Expense
- Business events automation
- Side panels for quick and efficient data entry
- Increased personalization within the product
