Important Reminder for Customers Utilizing Test Sites

Every JAMIS Customer has access to test sites. These test sites can be refreshed upon request by contacting support@jamis.com. Please note that the test sites are not backed up, so once a refresh is requested, all previous data is deleted. Please ensure you coordinate with your team before submitting a request.

Expense Management Guidance

The JAMIS support team has received several inquiries regarding an error in Expense Management – (Screen WM3054JM): Nullable object must have a value.) If this error has occurred for you, this means that one of your users created an empty Workgroup membership when they were creating a new Employee.

To fix: You must go to the Company Tree (Screen EP204061) and delete the empty Workgroup. You will have to work your way from the top of the Company Tree to the bottom (expanding all of the nested Workgroups).

See the correct process below for entering new employees in (Screen WM2010JM) to prevent blank records from being created in the Company Tree under the Workgroup.

Enter all employee information up to the point of adding the User Info and Company Tree Member. SAVE the record. This will now have the employee associated with the employee number. Then, you can add the User Info and Company Tree Member Tabs.
